Adjusting a segment e.g. Brand / color group / size group etc. can only be adjusted if this article has not yet been worked on, e.g. no purchase order and / or sales order and / or stock correction etc. has yet been carried out.
If nothing has been done with an article yet and you still want to adjust a segment and that does not work, please contact support.
